She swiftly advanced, acquiring valuable insights across various domains such as Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Production, Human Resources, Finance, and Maintenance. Her diverse experience laid robust groundwork for a prosperous career in procurement and supply chain management.

In her next role within a renowned multinational food company, Andrea managed an extensive annual spend in the Global Procurement group for manufacturing operations spread across North America. Her responsibilities encompassed strategy development, contract negotiation, category management, supplier relationship management, and budget and inventory execution.

At a leading global fast-food corporation, Andrea pioneered the establishment of a centralized Global Procurement Department, transforming the local sourcing structure into an organization that harnesses supply chain best practices. This initiative yielded immediate savings and pipeline efficiencies.

While working with a prominent spirits company, Andrea was responsible for strategy development, strategic sourcing, vendor management, project development, and production services. Her role involved optimizing spend, identifying operational efficiencies, managing supplier relationships, and devising category strategies.

During her tenure at a leading software company, Andrea served as a Finance Manager FP&A, driving the preparation and consolidation of annual plans, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for the EMEA Sales and Services Organization’s P&L. Her role involved strategic partnership, spearheading strategic initiatives, executing headcount reconciliation, and leading process improvement projects.

Today, as the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain at The Corporate Genius, Andrea oversees end-to-end sourcing strategies for food and packaging categories, establishes cross-functional processes, enhances distributor performance, conducts regular reviews of supplier performance, and monitors and analyzes commodity markets.
